I thought it would be interesting to see what the DNs accomplished in January of last year, to compare it to what they are trying to achieve this year - have they progressed, is their approach totally different, etc?
Furthermore would it be even more interesting to see what they hoped to accomplish for each month last year, versus what they achieved? The purpose of doing this would be to motivate the DNs, to challenge them. However, in case some Nodpots would find this uninspiring, we have decided to put it to a vote.
