I would highly recommend this book to everyone who likes a really good adventure story well told.
I don’t want to give anything away, so I will merely say that it is about what happens to five orphan children in a world that is different to ours, but as it develops it is hard to put the book down.
Well written and original in its concept and plot, with a very good ending which is quite unexpected too.
V. Troy writes extremely well and one looks forward to more of her work.

Yes, our reviewer omitted the rating, but I think we can take it that it was a Shines like The Lucky Diamond!
